Start by exploring products on VietnamExporter or navigating through relevant product categories. This helps you narrow down suppliers that specialize in the products you are sourcing.

Once you find a suitable product, open the product detail page. Each product page provides basic specifications, images, and supplier information to help you evaluate suitability before requesting a quote.

On the product page, click the Request a Quote button. This action opens the RFQ form where you can submit your sourcing requirements directly to the exporter.

To receive an accurate quotation, provide clear and complete details, including:

  • Required quantity and expected MOQ

  • Product specifications or customization needs

  • Target price range (optional)

  • Delivery time / lead time
