How to List Products on VietnamExporter

Listing products correctly is a key step for exporters to reach global buyers, receive relevant RFQs, and increase export opportunities. A clear and complete product listing helps buyers quickly understand your offering and submit accurate inquiries.

Step 1: Register an Exporter Account and Create Your Store

Before listing products, exporters must complete the account and store setup process.

  1. Register an exporter account
    Sign up for an exporter account on VietnamExporter using your business information.

  2. Create your exporter store
    After registration, create your official exporter store. This store represents your company and will display all your export products.

  3. Access Store Management
    Once the store is created, go to Store Management to manage store details and product listings.

Only products listed under an exporter store will be visible to buyers.

Step 2: Go to Product Management

From the store management dashboard, select Product Management and click Add Product to start creating a new product listing.

Step 3: Choose the Correct Product Category

Select the most relevant category for your product.
